Refund policy
At Factory Deals, we strive to deliver quality products and excellent service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Exchanges are allowed only if the item are:

Completely unworn

In original condition

In original packaging

Customers are responsible for all delivery costs when requesting an exchange.

Worn, damaged, or used items will not be accepted.
Exchanges will only be considered in the following circumstances:
• The incorrect size or style was supplied by Factory Deals
• The item was damaged prior to delivery
Sizing issues where the correct size was ordered by the customer will qualify for exchange only, not refund.
Refunds will not be processed for emergency situations, financial reasons, or where the customer requires funds back for personal reasons.
Refund Processing
Refunds will only be approved if the product is confirmed to be materially defective. Refund Processing may take up to 7 working days
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:
• The item has been worn or used
• The item shows signs of damage caused by misuse or negligence
• The item was damaged due to normal wear and tear
• The item was willfully damaged
• The product was purchased from another retailer
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

If your return is accepted we'll send you instruction on how and where to send your package
A 2.5% handling fee is charged on orders that are returned.
